Rift Cat is a program that makes the computer think your phone is a real virtual reality headset.Unfortunately, it costs $15, but they offer free 10 minute sessions. After the 10 minutes, you have to reset the game for another 10 minutes, and so on.If you have a Vive, Oculus, ect. Go to the Rift Cat program and connect your phone.

Now launch Steam VR from Rift Cat, and when it says it has connected to the headset, open Minecraft and make sure the profile is set to the Vivecraft Profile.Run a world, than go to the Settings, and go to Options-VR Settings- and switch the play mode from standing to sitting unless you have motion controllers. Here is a link on how the controls are setup:That's it!It may have some quirks, since this is not by Mojang themselves.Although the Rift Cat is $15, it is worth it since it can be used with all Steam Vr Games, it's cheaper that a real VR headset. Although not all games work very good with it.Enjoy all! ThanksAll rights go to the modders and creators of these programs.

I thought I'd share my process of getting Oculus Go games onto a Quest using a Mac. The process is pretty much the same as it is on PC so the method should work for both systems. This will take a bit of time the first time you do it so set aside about 20-30mins.There's a list here of some compatible games, but quite a few seem to have their own quirks and some require a bluetooth gamepad to work properly. I guess if you buy something and set a timer for 10mins, so you can test and then refund if it's not working for you.If you don’t own a Go or Gear VR device:First get the Nox Android Emulator:1 - Download Nox at:. Install it on your Mac.2 - If it doesn’t install properly and gets stuck on 99% it could be that you have VirtualBox installed.
You need to uninstall it: and then reinstall Nox.3 - The other problem is that you may have to authorize Nox in your System Preferences. Go to “System Preferences / Security & Privacy / General” at the bottom under “Allow apps” there will be a message to authorize the app before opening it.4 - Those worked for me, but if you’re still getting the 99% problem, try a google search for another fix.5 - Once Nox has opened click on the Settings gear icon in the top right corner of the window. Turn on Root access by clicking the button next to Root to “On”. Click “Save Changes” which will restart the emulator.Install Oculus Gear VR App:1 - First open the Google Pay Store and sign in with your Google account.2 - Search for Google Chrome and install it.
Open Chrome and go to:. Install Aptoide.3 - Open Aptoide and search for Oculus. The app you want is the one that says Oculus Gear VR. Click on it and on its page it should say it’s version 1.14.1.
Click Install. Accept all the notifications on install.4 - Sign into your Oculus account. This is a fantastic walkthrough that I've been following for the last hour or so, trying to get this working. I'm as far as the step.' 3 - Use ES File Manager and in the left menu go to “Local / Download / oculusdownloadedapks” and you should see your apk in that folder.'
So, I can see the folder in question (in ES File Explorer), but it's empty. I did download the app (Land's End) in the Oculus app several times, trying to get it to appear, but no luck. Any tips? Thanks again for the walkthrough.
My only advice is to go back and check you have done the previous steps correctly. Most importantly check in 3C All-in-One Toolbox that you have unticked the correct box, it needs to be the one that says DownloadComplete. Restarting Nox and checking it has stayed unticked as well is another good thing to do.I've just gone through the steps again and it's still working for me.
I just wait for the Download progress bar to hang at the end in the Oculus Gear app and then go to the oculusdownloadedapks folder and it's in there.
